Shipping Policy

Can I pick up my order from the store?

YES! You can pick up your order for FREE from our retail location in Reno, Nevada. Just select Local Pickup from the shipping options as you place your order. Please give the store an hour to have your order ready. You can find our store hours and address on our Contact Us page.

***While our storefront remains closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, items can be picked up curb side at our store location from 11am-1pm, Monday-Friday***

How much will it cost to ship my order?

There are two levels of pricing your order can fall into. The website will automatically sort your order into one of these three categories:

Free Shipping

Orders over $150 can qualify for free shipping if there are no oversize items in the cart. Free shipping also only applies to the continental United States.

Flat Rate Shipping

For orders that do not contain any oversize items and don’t qualify for free shipping, a flat rate of $15 will be charged for shipping.

Oversized Shipping

For oversized items, shipping will be calculated based on the weight of the item. Typically this is for items that are over 25 lbs, such as large speakers, or items that are awkward to ship.

Where do you ship to?

Currently Starsound Audio ships to customers in the United States. If you would like us to ship internationally, please contact us and we will send you a quote.

How long will it take to receive our order?

Orders are processed here at our Reno, Nevada store in 1-2 days and shipped by FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Shipping typically takes 3-5 days, but can take up to 7-10 days depending on the size of your package and distance traveled. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation or contact from the store within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us to see what the status of your order is.

Can I choose which carrier delivers my package?

By default we use either USPS or FedEx to deliver packages, depending on which will give us a better rate for your order. If there is a particular carrier which does not ship to your address, please note that in the Additional Comments on your order.
