Delivery, Setup & Strike? Absolutely!
Starsound will travel to your event to provide our services and equipment. Based on your requirements, we can deliver, setup, demonstrate, strike (breakdown equipment) and pickup your rental equipment.
Delivery, Setup, Strike Costs: $60/hr (includes travel time) + $1.50/mile.
Example: Distance from Reno to South Lake Tahoe is 61 miles ($91.50 each direction). Travel time from Reno to South Lake Tahoe is 1 hour ($60 each direction). One hour (minimum) to set up is $60. One hour (minimum) to strike is $60.Â
Would you rather save money by picking up and returning the equipment yourself? We are located only 5 minutes from Reno Tahoe International Airport. Rental pickup/drop-off time are Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. If you MUST drop-off on the weekends, an additional $65 will be charged.
